Hot cold noodles for summer

Serves 2

- Chinese noodles (ramen)

For the sauce:
- 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 large tablespoon Tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon chinese liquor (or sake, or white wine)
- 1.5 tablespoon rice vinegar (or malt vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon hot chili paste
- 1 tablespoon ground peanuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dochi (fermented black beans, optional)
- 50ml water

For topping:
- Thin slices of pork or chicken, simply boiled or stir fried
- finely chopped cucumber, scallions, slices of tomatoes

Put all the ingredients of the sauce in a blender and give it a few turns until everything is well blended (so easy).
Prepare the meat and the vegetables.
Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the pack, and rinse them thoroughly under cold water until cooled down. Drain all excess water.
Put the noodles in individual bowls and pour the sauce over them. Top with meat and vegetables and serve, then mix everything and enjoy!
